which captive portal server mode to be use on an VC rfdm?

hello,

I am a little confuse about captive portal policy, the screenshot is:

captive portal policy.jpg

what 3 options mean on "captive portal server mode"?
* internal(self)
* centrialized
* centrialized controller

if using captive portal on an vc rfdm, which one I should choose(I prefer to run captive portal with internal radius on vc rfdm)?

and where to define "use captive-portal server hkxd-guest"?

I choose "centrialized controller", but according the 《WiNG_5.9.7_Controller_Access-Point_CLI_Reference_Guide》, page 349:

Select this option if capture and redirection is on a cluster of wireless controller/service
platforms managing dependent/independent access points when redundancy is
required. The capture and redirection is provided by one of the controllers in the cluster
that is operating as the designated forwarder for the tunneled VLAN. The cluster can be
configured as active/active or active/standby as required.
If using this option, ensure a non-resolvable virtual hostname is defined in the captive
portal policy which is shared between the controllers in the cluster.

what does it mean non-resolvable virtual hostname?
and it should be defined on "Captive Portal Server host"?
