WiNG AP 7522 is not managing with WiNG VX9000 controller?

I am unable to manage the WiNG AP7522 to WiNG VX9000 controller, I have checked the firmware version of AP and Controller even though both are having the same firmware AP is not adopting with WiNG vx900 controller

Firmware:AP7522 & VX9000 version 5.9.0.0-033R

Note that Enterprise VX9K will not adopt Express AP

please run the following command of the cli of the access point

show mint mlcp history

this should tell if the ap is look for the controller

is the Ap on the same broadcast domain as the VX ?

could you also send the running config of the controller ??
