Our customer have two switchs Cisco 3850 and Cisco 6807 XL, they are using there modules:
- 1000BASE-SX SFP transceiver module MMF 850nm DOM
- 1000BASE-T SFP
- 10GBASE-SR SFP Module

They want to buy new Extreme SFP as below to replace:

- 1000BASE-SX SFP 10 Pack, Industrial Temp
MMF 220 & 550 meters, LC connector
- 10/100/1000BASE-T SFP module, CAT5 cable 100m link, RJ45-connector for Giga Bit Ethernet SFP Port, Industrial Temp
- 10 Gigabit Ethernet SFP+ module, 850nm, MMF 26-300m link, LC connector

No. Not recommended. This is not Cisco forum. For lab environment its possible.

Cisco will err-disable your port. They have EEPROM.
Ask your customer to buy Cisco SFP, if not they will not support it.
