Ridgeline server2012 r2 instalation error

I have installed ridgeline at server 2012r2 then http://ridegline.server:8080/Ridgeline.jnlp download that file and run this error occured.

Java(TM) web start 11.31.2.13-fcs (can not find message file)

There is a specific Ridgeline 4.0 installed for Server 2012r2 that was delivered with Ridgeline 4.0 Patch 1 - Have you installed all of the patches?

Did you use the specific Server 2012 install? There is a version that installs specifically for that OS version.
