how to connect to switch with vlan 2 & 3 on each one.then connect them with a hub that has a pc of vlan 2? the problem is they shouldn't see this pc

As long as the switch ports connected to the hub are on vlan 2 and configured as access port. I don't think you will have a problem.

with the help of router we will solve the issue

use untagged vlan 2 towards the hub or replace hub with a configurable L2 switch

Im finding it difficult to understand what you want to achieve? if PC1 is connected to switch0 via an access VLAN 3 port you want to know if i can talk to PC4 on vlan 2?? What are the ports configured as on both switches going through to the hub?
