You can try but I don´t know honestly if this will work. Unfortunately there is no focus towards the virtual images of voss from extreme.

To me it looks like a problem with the virtual image. Can you show me the output of "show sys-info"? Also can you please provide the whole configuration?

Makes sense. We could resolve the issue, after seeing that the SD-WAN appliance were only barely sending any packets, by rebooting the SD-WAN appliance.Thank you for clarification.
