currently i am having a case where my aerohive ap230 is not working and cannot be factory reset. It receives ip very slowly, sometimes receiving ip and sometimes not receiving ip. The orange light is always on.

 Hi Team,Hi everyone, I am using Extremecloud Connect account. Today it automatically upgraded to Extremecloud Pilot itself and at this point I no longer have the management of my wifi device. How do I switch back to Extremecloud Connect.
I am using Cloud IQ Connect (Free) with ExtremeIQ auto system upgraded to premium plan, I cannot manage my device anymore! what should I do ?How do I not automatically upgrade ?
