I picked up some new old stock AP3915APi-ROW to replace one that got drenched with a roof leak.I think the firmware is to old and they cant discover our controller. But maybe i am missing something. Can I manually update the firmware to get this work...

Thanks for this. I knew I had seen it somewhere, but I couldn't find it. Eventually the AP I was testing started working, and it's been solid ever since. Even with reboots. I will try the other one we got and see what it does. Again Many Thanks

Just to report back for anybody. I followed above and shrunk the retention, process completed in 19 Minutes successfully no issues.

Thanks Robert I will look at this tomorrow and report back for other users should they find this. Eventually it timed out but I had a quick look at your link and see there are things that can be done. Much appreciated.

Hi thanks for the idea. I should have said we use NAC and XMC for the automation I was wondering if there is some neat way to do it from there maybe with policy or something. I will look at you solution though Thank you
