 Hi, we've 250 AP's on one HivemanagerNG on prem', 8Vcpu and 24Gb of ram. But the web interface is slow and the cpu is always arround of 6ghz. is it possible to make the web intefrace faster?

Could you also let us know if you're using an SSD, how many threads you're using, and how much storage capacity the VA has? We need to make sure we meet the minimum requirements shown here: http://docs.aerohive.com/330000/docs/help/english/ng/Content/reference/guides/qsg-virtual-appliance.htm?Highlight=Virtual%20appliance

Yes SSD, now We have 8 scokets and 2 cores per sockets. 32 Go of ram. The CPU are Xeon gold 6144 3.5Ghz.

 

The VM consumes approximatively 8-10Ghz

Thank you for your patience, could you also let me know if you are using an ESXI server? If you are, is there anything else running on the ESXI server? I reviewed this with our expert team as well, and they think that adding resources after deployment may not have taken well, and we were wondering if you would be able to redeploy without too much trouble or if that would be a major undertaking for you?

I don't have a picture with mine, but I can recommend you the Samsung SSD 860 EVO. I changed my SDD with this one, and I'm pretty satisfied with its job. Before this, I almost lost all the information I had n my laptop as it failed to store everything. I even had to find DATA RECOVERY SERVICES to recover and back up my information. When I was searching for the SDD, this one was a good option. I was between Samsung and one of the Western Digital Blue. They have similar characteristics, but one specialist recommended me the first one. I hope I will no longer have any other problems with storing information.
