my goal is to allow some ports which are not allowed by Default...
following is already implemented:
""""
configure bootprelay add <Address-of-the-Server> vr VR-Default
enable bootprelay ipv4 vlan <the corresponding vlan>
"""""
what is missing is to allow the relay over  UDP port  2009 and 3001.
Any help is appreciated.

UDP profiles should be used for that, assuming it is udp broadcasts to these ports.
