AP230:Device Update Failed.

Hi, i got 2 AP230.

Current Hiveos Vision :6.4r1e

Device Update Failed in Hivemanager(NG) :

"The Aerohive device was unable to save the image to flash memory..."

Could you please send me the available firmware for AP230 ?

His Sam can you please email me the files and guide, I cannot update any of my AP`s, plus I cannot login via the web interface is there a way round that?

Hi Sam. I did try this and I get redirected to the HTTPS site straight away. I’ve tried with a couple of different browsers.

Why does this error occur? Bad certificate?

We can usually get around that SSL error by removing the "s" in https:// in the URL. Could you try that and let me know if you're able to reach the Web UI?
