Are there issues with the cloud guest portal?
None of my user keys are arriving through email...

Sorry, I misunderstood what you were doing. Local will work as a PPSK option, but it doesn't have the extra features that Cloud does, such as employee approval, set reg, etc.

Local users can be made via the portal, the same way you'd make cloud based users but in the user group for the Password DB you'd want to choose Local instead of Cloud.

Is there a workaround that we can use in meantime?
I was thinking about local keys, but I am not sure how this would work, I guest these cannot be generated through a portal?
