Want to swap from Hive Manager to Connect, need to free an AP or a temporary license to do it myself

Hi, i use AP230 at home and my license has expired, so i can t free the AP (SN:02301407171174) to add it in my new connect account. Coud you do it for me or give me a temporary license ? Regards, Alexandre

Hello, When I try to upgrade doing "Delta Configuration Update" we get a "Device Update Failed" While when I do "Complete Configuration Upadate" the update goes well. Would you know why the "Delta Configuration Update" doesn't work ?
