AP630 with Ubiquiti POE++ Adapter

Hi,  I have an AP630 which is powered from a UniFi PoE++ Adapter (60W) however, the LED is flashing white to indicate low power and in the Wired Interfaces i can see it states against the interfaces and orange warning icon which states "PoE Degraded"...
