Aerohive AP250 crashed during version upgrade

Hello, I am having 2 aerohive AP250. During the upgrade to the new version. I accidentally cut off the power. All of them have crashed now it can't work, can't get IP from router. The LED is white and unreachable.What should I do ?Hope for help.
