We want to migrate to connect, butt we are unabele to transfer because there is nog access anymorgen to the hivemanager as there is no license anymore.

I want to transfer my switch from my expired account to the new account that I setup but I cannot logon and remove the devices from the expired account. What is the process that I need to go through for this?
