Resolved! AP650 stuck on 10.0r8a and won't update to 10.1r5

I have multiple AP650’s that are stuck on 10.0r8a and won’t update to the latest firmware of 10.1r5. I’ve tried doing a firmware rollback, but didn’t have any luck. Any ideas?
