I have not had a chance to remove my AP device when my Hivemanager NG expired. Now when I try to re-add that device into Hivemanager Connect, it says the device has already been imported. How do I get this fixed? Thanks!

Resolved! Hivemanager NG license expired did not get a chance to delete the AP device. Trying to sign up for Hivemanager Connect but the device shows up as already imported.

ID Manager Guest Registration logon prompt

How do I set up so employees can manually register a guest? I keep getting a logon prompt.And If I log out I cant log in unless I go through HiveManager.
