Resolved! Connecting AP to Cloud

I reset the AP122 and try to connect to cloud. Serial successfully added. But AP do not connect to cloud.  What can be the cause for this ?

Hi, I would like if is possible and how to could chose the ap roaming trip. My case is:I have 12 APs and I want to force the roaming trip, I mean I want that AP-1 only can do roaming with AP-2. AP-2 only with AP-1 and AP-3.....Is it possible? Thank...
