Resolved! hi, We've had a problem with one of our new access points, I removed it and it hasnt re-discovered. I've changed the POE box and points with no luck. It's plugged in at the moment in a different area of the school.

Resolved! How to upgrade firmware on SR2224P switch? Current firmware is 1.0.1.19 however the latest gold update is 1.0.1.26. The Switch will not show online in HiveManager, so I'm at a loss of how to upgrade the firmware.
