You'd want to configure trunk ports if you've got more than one VLAN going through.

When you connect these ports to a 2-port etherchannel on the switch (trunk ports) what port type do you specify on the ap250? Uplink or trunk?

Okay Thank you for your answer I’ll look into it tomorrow.

It's almost physically impossible for the AP to exceed the 1gig Ethernet line max, so aggregating the ports doesn't have a lot of practical value. However, to do this, you would want to go in to Configure> Open the network policy> Go to Device Templates tab> Open the device template in use or create a new one> Select both Eth ports and Click Assign> Advanced Actions> Aggregate. You should now see an aggregate port in the "Wired Interfaces" section at the bottom of the template.
