I have an AP 230 seems to be connected to the customers Hive, (NG Cloud), that fails to upgrade at "Certification updating"
I wonder what I could or should do?

Sorry for not getting back to you, could you run some debugs and push an update to the AP again?:

also do a 'debug console' at the end to show the output
Alternatively, create a support ticket if you're able to. You may get a quicker response than my sporadic forum posts 🙂

Should not be, I have some 30 other AP's in the same net that works fine.
