That might be tough to fix. The default credentials are admin/Aerohive1 and admin/aerohive, if those don't work we can try a couple tricks. I'd need the serial number of the device, if you could email it to me at communityhelp@aerohive.com, I'll see what I can do. Also we'd need to make sure the AP was connected to the internet while I'm trying to get it to either reset or connect for us.

Thank you for providing those serial numbers. Unfortunately I wasn't able to reach them from my side. If we aren't able to log in to the device or reset it, I'm afraid you'd need to speak with your reseller to see what other options you may have.

Hi Kristijan, thanks for letting me know. Could you email me the serial number of the device(s) at communityhelp@aerohive.com? And please confirm that AP is currently connected to power and internet so I can attempt to reach it from our side.
