Hello
I sent 4 emails to community@extremenetworks.com since 1 month without any answer. I try this way...
I have an active account on https://extremecloudiq.com/login
I have bought used equipment from an other company AP130, AP230 whic replace them by new one.
I can’t add one of them (SN:02301512140700) , because I get error message “A stake record of the device was found in the redirector.”
Can you fix my issue?

Thank you for your help and information about warantly.
The previous owner has check, and confirm he has free the SN from his portal.
Good news, I have just receive direct answer from community mail 10 minutes after this message !

Hi Johan,
FYI, I’m not sure who is behind that email account but it’s not the GTAC and just because you have an account with CloudIQ doesn’t mean you’ve a support contract > for that you’d need to have a payed subsrcription license for the APs.
Regarding the error message… I’d say that AP is still locked to the account that bought it directly from Extreme.
In such case here the official statement from Extreme Networks GTAC:
“New policy came in place recently, please see the link
https://gtacknowledge.extremenetworks.com/articles/Q_A/What-is-the-warranty-policy-for-grey-market
You can contact with our sales representative to offer you support options.”
