Hello,

I got my Aerohive AP230 second-hand and got Error 2: A stake record of the device was found in the redirector. Could someone please assist me what to do so I can add my device to ExtremeCloud IQ Connect?

Thank you for providing those serial numbers. I see these devices as still registered to a previous user. I’ve emailed the previous owner to confirm transfer of ownership for these devices. If you are still in contact with the original owner and can encourage them to reply to my email, that may help speed things up a bit here too.
