Hello
I am trying to upload a firmware to an old firmware SR2124P. We have Extreme IQ on premise and are unable to upgrade it. Also with serial cable (interrupting boot process → no password) i am unable to upgrade to the latest firmware.
Can you explain me, how i can upgrade the SR2124P to 6.5.14 ?
Which options do i have? The password under CLI (Bootprocess → that one i do not have).

We can’t give out the bootloader password, but if you can open a support case one of our technicians can enter that password for you and assist you with upgrading your SR2124P
