Does the AP305CX support WEP encryption even though it's an old technology?

Resolved! The device appears to be in use by another VIQ.
I'm trying to add an AP250 I bought used to my ExtremeCloudIQ account, but every time I try I get this message: 03701312271625 The device appears to be in use by another VIQ.

Resolved! Feature License - Not Supported - On just one AP out of 75
Customer has 70 APs. Added one recently and after 3 weeks, this one AP still shows "Not Supported" under Feature License. Where do I find more info on what it thinks isn't supported? Screen shot attached.
