Hello, I have an AP130 S/N 01301505070989 i've been using for almost 9 years. Suddenly it disappeared from the portal like it's been associated to another customer. Is there way to fix it? I guess extreme did some mistake here

I just realized that my aerohive switch has the same issue. looks like all my devices (while still working and connected to the cloud server) are not visibile inside the ExtremeCloudIQ š”

Make sure you have no filters applied that would skew your view, clear all potential filters.

No filters at all. I can see another old AP i just tried to onboard but not this one. If i try to add it i get the "already onboarded" error message. I tried to reset the AP, nothing changes. Before resetting I noticed the VIQ was different from my cloud instance, therefore i guess there is a wrong assigment on the cloud side
