I've recently bought 4 used AP370s. I've been able to add 3 of these to my ExtremeCloud IQ account but the 4th one errors with 'device already onboarded'.

Can this be cleared so that I can add it to my account please? Serial is 03701310140143 - I've attached a photo of the device

@jason_waugh The easiest way is to open a case with the proof of purchase so the support can free this AP from its original buyer's cloud account.

@SamPirok I can see you usually take care of this kind of issue in the forum, maybe you could be some help for Jason.
