Hello, I have an AP130 S/N 01301505070989 i've been using for almost 9 years. Suddenly it disappeared from the portal like it's been associated to another customer. Is there way to fix it? I guess extreme did some mistake here

I just realized that my aerohive switch has the same issue. looks like all my devices (while still working and connected to the cloud server) are not visibile inside the ExtremeCloudIQ 😡

Make sure you have no filters applied that would skew your view,  clear all potential filters.

No filters at all. I can see another old AP i just tried to onboard but not this one. If i try to add it i get the "already onboarded" error message. I tried to reset the AP, nothing changes. Before resetting I noticed the VIQ was different from my cloud instance, therefore i guess there is a wrong assigment on the cloud side
