Hello,
I'm trying to configure Extreme Guest Essentials system with Sponsor portal.
I have all configured, user can register, User receive access code on email and phone but when tries to register always got a message "Access has been denied!", however user has GuestAcess group assigned.
I tried to manually add user to Extreme Guest portal and result is the same.
Does anyone have this issue?

Is the SSID mapped to VLAN 1 or another VLAN ID?
If mapped to anything other than VLAN 1, you will have to create a new user profile to match these parameter EVEN if the default user profile is correct:

Yes,
Sponsor receive a message. User then receive 4digits code to login on portal and then is this error.
