Extrem Guest Essentials Sponsorship portal

Hello,
I'm trying to configure Extreme Guest Essentials system with Sponsor portal. 

I have all configured, user can register, User receive access code on email and phone but when tries to register always got a message "Access has been denied!", however user has GuestAcess group assigned. 

I tried to manually add user to Extreme Guest portal and result is the same.

Does anyone have this issue?

Not Yet. I will back to this next week and will do some tests again.

one question, the soponsor recive a message to aproval access?
