It was a rant about XIQ Pilot not letting me access my device. Lvl1 helped with a trial key in order to remove the device and add it to a new XIQ Connect account.
I thought all was good but I was mistaken. The device is not really removed and the device is currently a paperwheight.
I sent an email to the community e-mail address and am currently awaiting a response.
