Hi, I bought 4 HiveAP 350 and registered them to my ExtremeCloud IQ but when I try to change them to another country I get an error saying they are FCC and I can only change if they are World or EU. I cannot create an account with the support portal, is it still possible to change them to EU?
Also, what difference would the country make?

A few years ago the FCC introduced rules that effectively prohibited changing the country code on wireless APs sold in the US. So you can't change FCC-locked hardware to any other country code. So no, you can't change them to EU.
Very recent APs like the AP5010 have managed to have a single worldwide SKU, but I don't know how Extreme managed to do that.

I’ve seen other posts where they said it was possible to be changed by the support engineers but o cannot create an account, the system does not let me with a personal account, is it really not possible to change it??
Also, any ideas on what this implicates? If I leave it as US?
