Import CSV to create bulk PPSK

Is it still possible to import a CSV to create multiple PPSK's based on internal users? It seems I only can import a CSV that is exported from XiQ (classic). I want to create a fresh CSV that I can import.

Why include picture and not actual csv text?

one can get it following this (WTH is my.site.com ? - looks like 6th form project and it was cheapest hosting)
