Migration from XIQ Virtual Appliance to XIQ Cloud

Hi

We need documentation to migrate XIQ Virtual Appliance on premise to XIQ Cloud.

Our customer had old Aero Hive classic appliance, in Febbruary 2024 upgraded the appliance to last release firmware XIQ virtual appliance on premise and now he will migrate to cloud enviroment.

There are any documentations about it but nothing specific.

Someone help us?

Same question here, but not for HM Classic but XQVA.
Is there any documentation on moving XQVA to XIQ Cloud?

When I export VIQ file and inport to XIQ Cloud Instance what is it preserved and what is it deleted?

Our customer have tenth organizations in actually enviroment, every organization have his administrator account, in XIQ there aren't organizations? There are Site Group/Site etc. Is it the same thing?
