At one of our customers the access points are not syncing with the NTP servers, wich gives problems at using authentication. When we run show ntp we get the default [number].aerohive.pool.ntp.org servers. However when we using the command show clock, we get 1970-01-16, so the syncing with the NTP server is not happening (however we can ping the ntp servers from the AP).
We changed the ntp server already, however with the same result. However there is one AP121 on the same network using the same VLAN and subnet and this can sync fine with the NTP server.
We checked the firewall logs and see traffic on port 2083 passing true.
Any idea wat could go wrong?
