1. credential delivery work on ppsk cloud, but failed on ppsk local.
I am using ppsk as authentication method, when add new user, the access key should be devilery to use through sms or email by default. but this function works under ppsk cloud but didn't works under ppsk local. why?
2. ppsk local could set the maximum number of clients per private PSK, but ppsk cloud didn't have this option, how to enable this function under ppsk cloud?
3. how to fully customize email template?
xiq enable user to customize email template on the bottom half part, but could customize the upper half part. how to customize the upper half part?

This has been opened for years and today I faced the same issue.
Using email to deliver ppsk credentials for guests in Spanish. The upper half of the email is in English and I cannot find where to change it. Subject of received email is in english as well and cannot be changed. Email user is 'Extreme Networks', which is not relevant to the gusts and they discard it.
The XIQ PPSK delivery methods are not useable outside an english-speaking country.
Another topic in internationalization, XIQ is dynamically translated by a service, whatever it is, and it is not working, for instance, it translates 'save' to 'ahorrar' which is correct but in a completely different context, unless suddenly XIQ is a banking application, translating 'save' to 'ahorrar' is plainly wrong in our context.
Another poor internationalization implementation is that it translates configuration items!!!!
If I decide to name a user group PPSK-FREE, the UI in Spanish is going to translate it as PPSK-LIBRE. This is plainly wrong since administrators can see different configuration objects depending on their UI language!!!!
Since this post has been 4 years without response I wanted to share the pain with the previous colleagues. I will create a new post to give more viibility.

I crawling an old post and what he said is what I want:
that is the upper part of the email user receive when registering or when i trigger the Password mail.
The text below is changeable, the upper part shown in the picture is not changeable.
I would like to change the text ( Your access Key etc.) to another language and maybe remove Infos like expires in. But this is not an option when i create a new Email template
I have a few others point that we dont like
- is that i am not able to change the group of an existing user. This is really annoying. If possible i would like to have a feature request for it .
- Isnt it possible to generate a QR code for the User in the Email that connects him to the right SSID including the PPSK Password? Or maybe it is possible to redirect directly from one ssid to another?
- I dont see any option to approve user from the webinterface only via Mail
- Filtering the non approved is also not possible. Only filtering by approved Users
- As mentioned elsewhere please allow the Gast Manager to do more. At this point for us it is useless for us
It’s been two years, any progress of his compliant?
