I have an expired hivemanger account, and a HiveAP121 that I want to use in ExtremeCloud IQ Connect. How can I release serial 12112112600215 from the expired account?

Hi Stijn, that device should be free to add to your Connect instance at this time. Please let me know if you have any further trouble adding that AP to your new inventory.

Ive got 4 more APs that we cannot login to the portal for as it has expired and all login details have been lost.
Could i get them removed from their existing ready to be added to a new one please?
