Hi,
I have a S8 series with some I/O modules and option modules. I want to do firmware upgrade to 8.32.02.0009
I can not find neither this version nor other version in Extranet.
Please your advice!
Regards
Husam

Looks like a account issue - I'd see every software on the same screen - newest version v8.42.02.
So you'd need to check whether there is a valid maintenance contract for the s-series and report that to Extreme so they could fix this for you.

Hello Husam,
this link will bring you to S-series specific firmware (provided entitlements agree)
https://extranet.extremenetworks.com/downloads/Pages/S.aspx
For the long story:
From http://www.extremenetworks.com/ find the grey bar near the top of page.
From the bar at top of pane, select support portal.
Then from the bottom left, select (in red) Downloads for EOS etc...
Here you'll need to enter creds.
From the left, select (in red) Switching & Routing
Then select S-series - this will bring you to firmware, release notes and other documentation.
Hope that helps,
Mike
