Hi Sirs
I check the 5320 datasheet
the 5320-16p poe power budge is only 185w , so if every device which connect 5320 need 15.4w power budge , does the 5320-16p only use 12port POE ?
185w/15.4w=12.01...

Usually when the power budget is reached or about to be exceeded, it would mean that not all ports can be powered.

I don't think this is a relevant reply I'm afraid. It's being sold as a 30W switch in the sales literature, with the small power budget being a separate section many sales staff might not look at.
Your team might want to consider revising the device description to include the fact you'll only be able to power a maximum of 6 ports at 30W.
