ryFile could not be unwrapped Error when upgrading X440G2

I am trying to upgrade an X440G2 switch from 30.7.2.1 to 31.7.1.4 and am getting this error:Error: Failed to download image - Error: File could not be unwrapped.Searching hasn't revealed anything useful, what does this error mean specifically?

XOS Stack Individual Member Uptime

how can I see the individual uptime of switches in a stack ? We have switches in a stack rebooting and when I telnet into each slot it still only shows the uptime of the system.
