Will those releases be available on request or will they become permanently unavailable?
"After April 2, 2024, Extreme Networks will only provide access to the software images below.
31.7.3 - target GA late February 2024
32.6.3 - target GA late February 2024
31.3.100 (Federal) – target GA April 2024"
So, new versions are being released and anything and everything available today will be removed, it that correct? Fresh start, kind of...

I just got some info from Extreme that verifies that my assumptions above are correct. All old releases will be removed, only new ones will be available. We cannot request "old" releases even from the TAC or elsewhere but if we have already downloaded them , we can continue to use them.
Time to hit the "Download" button!!!

Imagine you have to upgrade some old stacks and need Firmware 30.2.1.8 for that and don't have that archieved. And then we have to start pirating EXOS-Firmware via Torrent or so. 😄

Don't worry, there will be additional software releases to address any upgrade bugs that required a stepped upgrade in order to prevent this type of issue.
