I can't save my configuration on a BlackDiamond 8810, I'm getting this error: Operation draining timed out during save.Setting gCmServer.configCurrent to NULL!!

Hi Alejandro,
The outputs you're sharing here don't indicate that a configuration change needs to be saved. If there was, you would see an asterisk before each line on the CLI, like this
code:
* X440-8p.1 #

If you can confirm this, I'd recommend scheduling a reboot. Also of note, EXOS 12.4 is unsupported - you may want to look into upgrading software on your system.

try

save configuration temp

just to see it will save with a specified name.

if it does try

save configuration primary.

Hi Alejandro,

Please share the SW version that you are running in the switch. And the exact outputs that you see while saving the configuration. Are there any warnings about any process being shutdown before you get this error?

no warnings, but this issue started after a heat problem with our air conditioning system in the site, the temperature rised at 51C degrees.
