X440-48p switch does not boot till unplug and plug the power cable

I have a setup of more than 100 X440-48p switchs firmware 15.6.4.2.

There are two switches which (if the power cut off and return back) do not boot till unplug and plug the power cable.

Is there any advice!

I would suggest to open up a ticket with GTAC on the same, you can provide the "show tech" for initial analysis.
