AP130 Wifi1 Radio not working (10.6.1.0)

Hello,

AP130 Wifi1 radio not working after changing from 20MHz to 40Mhz.

I've tried other OS versions and tried to go back to 20MHz, but no success.

Is there any known fix for this?

Hello @ISC-Admin,

You said that the radios channel width should be 40Mhz but per the info you provided it looks like it's still 20Mhz.

I would recommend the following:

  1. From within XIQ revert to Template defaults: https://extreme-networks.my.site.com/ExtrArticleDetail?an=000095853
  2. If above does not help, push a complete config update to AP
  3. if this does not help, reset the AP back to factory defaults

Christoph S.

Hello @ISC-Admin,

Please elaborate on what you mean by no working? Not broadcasting, broadcasting but wireless client can't connect, they associate by can't get an IP address, etc.

Please provide output of the following CLI commands:

Show acsp

Show int wifi1

Show station

show run | inc ssid

At this point I would recommend resetting the AP back to factory defaults and have it pull the configs again.
