If I am correct, you can assign 32 Ap's to a site. So if there are more then 32 AP's, you have to create a new site.
In the logging of the EWC I see de-registration of clients and the additonal detail is that the cause is roaming between two different sites.
Is this roaming or a disconnect at AP1 and an connect at the AP2 ?

OK, so you don't need the sites function.
In > VNS > WLAN Services >
Building#1 SSIDs - just select the APs in Building#1
Building#2 SSIDs - just select the APs in Building#2
There is no function to make group-templates but in my opinion that isn't needed as you only set it once and never touch it again.
I don't know how your network looks like so you might want to disable " Inter-WLAN Service Roaming" in the advanced option of every WLAN service.

Oke, my situation is: controller is present on the central site.Central site have two buildings. One office and one logistic. Configuration for Office is different then the configuration of the logistic building ( different wlan's). Logstic building have more then 32 AP's.
How can I link Wlan's to AP's ?
