Hi @jrt, sorry for the wait here. If you’re using HiveManager Classic or ExtremeCloud IQ, when your license expires you will not be able to manage your devices in Classic/ExtremeCloud IQ until you add a new license. Your network will continue running as normal assuming no issues come up, but you won’t be able to update anything on the AP and if an issue does come up you won’t be able to troubleshoot it outside of the AP CLI. Is that what you were looking for?

The network will continue to run as normal, but you won’t be able to push any updates out to the APs until a new license is added.

Hi guys, this same with license RTU subscriptions (XIQ-PIL-S-OP-EW), after a year, for example, my customer will not be able to manage your devices in ExtremeCloud IQ On Premises until you add a new license, what is going to happen ?

You wouldn’t be able to view the client monitor or reports in XIQ until you entered a new valid license. Otherwise you’ll be locked to the Manage>Devices page in XIQ with a message requesting a valid entitlement key.

assuming i finished config the ap and on a stable  condition, don,t need update the ap anymore, if the license end, could the ap send back client monitor or report back to xiq?
