The AP410C, running in WiNG Distributed, does not have UI. In order to configure and run in standalone mode, you will need to configure the AP from the CLI (Command Line Interface). In order to have AP in standalone mode, access the CLI and perform the following:
enable [enter]
self [enter]
no mint mlcp vlan [enter]
no mint mlcp ip [enter]
commit write [enter]

The AP410C running WiNG Distributed does not have UI on any of the WiNG v7.x versions. The AP firmware distributions only have LEAN images, which has no UI. You need to configure the AP via the command-line-interface (CLI) if continuing to use WiNG Distributed.
I would reach out to your Extreme Networks Sales Team and discuss ExtremeCloud IQ, which this AP supports.
