Wireless Planner report fails

After completing a plan using an imported.jpg floorplan and auto-placing APs, I save the plan and select Generate Report. I have the option to choose pdf or docx. When I choose either the report fails to generate. Has anyone else run into this issue...

NSight - Devices Appear Offline

Hello I'm using WiNG 5.9.1.5 with the VX9000 and NSight (in same box). I noticed that on some clients, the Disassociated status appears and the device is actually Associated. Use Level 2 MiNT Links. 250000 devices in database. Thanks in advance.
